Most of the stock in KLSE fall during the last 3 week as investors goes for the chinese new year holiday. Now after the selldown we see that these stock has stopped dropping and potentially turning around(looking at today's price action), there are moving up today.
It said on Friday the RM4 target price is based on 14 times CY17 price-to-earnings (P/E), a 10% premium over the sector P/E.
