Singapore’s REITs and Trusts YTD performances

• These 28 REITs generated an average 2014 year-to-date total return of 12.9% with a median total return of 11.5%. In the year thus far, they also generated an average price gain of 6.3% with a median of 5.1%.
• The six stapled trusts generated an average 2014 year-to-date total return of 7.1% with a median total return of 7.8%. These six stapled trusts also generated an average price gain of 0.4% with a median of 1.3% in the year-to-date.
